About Project
Concord Pushpak, a project of about125 apartments was launched in May 2011. The project consists of 1 & 2 BHKD Apartments
The project holds the distinction of being the first project outside PMC limits to receive a provisional 4 star ‘Eco Housing Certification’. IT is a joint certification awarded by the Pune Municipal Corporation & Science & Technology Park, University of Pune. Substantial efforts were taken to make the project Eco Friendly by use of practices like rainwater harvesting, sewage treatment plant, waste treatment plant, solar water heating, soil protection etc.
