Our Founder
Ashwin Trimal, a B.Sc. (Chemistry) and MBA (Finance) graduate, entered the real estate development business in 1999. His first project involved building 16 apartments, and since then, he has developed over 400,000 square feet of real estate, serving more than 500 unit holders. Initially working under a partnership (Premier Associates), he developed Premier Heights.
