About Project
Concord Proxima, the first large project undertaken by the group was completed in 2008. The project consists of 120 2, 21/2 and 3 BHKD Practical Homes. The concept of Practical Homes stresses on privacy (by having pause space in every flat), ventilation (by providing terrace to living room of each flat) and flexibility (by providing varying bedroom and flat size options). A comprehensive list of amenities, lush green surroundings and multilevel parking have combined to provide a convenient, comfortable & complete experience for all residents
Magsaysay Award Winner Rajendra Singh visited the project. He lauded the water conservation and water harvesting measures implemented in the project. A novel project for greening, along the river, adjacent to the project was started by him at Deonadi
